Hello, I’m Ben. I lead design teams.
I’m Ben, a design leader with 17+ years across product, content, brand, and design systems. I focus on helping teams navigate complexity, build systems that scale, and make sense of ambiguous problems. I love expressive, purposeful design and the kind of work that balances clarity, quality, and craft.
I’m most energized when I’m bridging disciplines, leveling up practices, or helping teams get aligned around what matters. Whether it’s scaling a design system, leading a rebrand, or shaping new ways of working, I try to make the path clearer and the work more connected.
At the core, my job is to support people: coach them, protect their focus, ask the hard questions, and make sure they’re not carrying everything alone. And when I’m not doing that, I’m in Austin cooking, gaming, or being interrogated by my cats.
